The launch offer
The planned offer is free use for sites with up to 10 users. Larger sites receive a 30-day trial followed by a paid subscription with volume pricing. Confirm the available offer and final amount in the Marketplace Pricing tab or your site's billing quote before starting a subscription.
Which users count?
Marketplace app billing generally follows the user population of the host Atlassian product, rather than only people editing diagrams. Collection subscriptions can affect the billable population. Consult Atlassian's billing guidance for your configuration.
Free small sites and larger sites
The up-to-10-user offer is a small-site tier. It is not ten free seats deducted from a larger site's bill. Paid monthly pricing accumulates across user bands. Annual pricing uses site tiers and should be compared using your applicable tier.
Trials, renewals and cancellation
Review the trial end date and renewal details shown by Atlassian. Manage the subscription through your site's Atlassian billing controls; deleting a diagram from a page is not a subscription cancellation. Ask an administrator if you do not manage billing.
Before your access changes
Keep a model backup using the page's attachment controls. Do not assume a particular post-expiry editing or read-only behaviour unless it is confirmed for the deployed app and your subscription. For app questions, email support@microplatforms.com.
